About the hardware
Honest about what it is. Tested refurbished Google Wifi. Wi-Fi 5, dual band. Managed through the Google Home app.

- Good for
- Coverage across a whole shop, flat, or small office. Reliable day-to-day use for M-Pesa, card machines, WhatsApp, and customer Wi-Fi.
- What it is not
- It is Wi-Fi 5, not Wi-Fi 6. If you need top gigabit speed on a single wired device, this is the wrong kit. Most shops do not need gigabit per device. They need signal everywhere.
- Managed by
- Google Home app on Android and iPhone. Your staff can change the guest password without calling us.

Common questions
- Are the access points new or used?
- Tested refurbished. We buy them back from offices that upgraded, factory reset each unit, run a full hardware check, and unlink them from the previous Google account before they ship.
- Do they work with Safaricom, Zuku, or Faiba fibre?
- Yes. The kit works with any fibre provider in Nairobi. We configure it to match your ISP router on the day of install.
- My place is bigger than the largest package. What do I do?
- Message us with the size and layout. For most shops and small offices, 3 points cover a surprising amount of space. For larger places we quote a custom setup on the same visit.
- Do you cover outside Nairobi?
- Not yet. We are Nairobi only for now. We will tell you on this page the moment we add new areas.
- Do you accept M-Pesa?
- Yes. Pay on the day of install to our Till or Paybill. We send the number on the WhatsApp quote.
- What if a unit fails?
- Message us. If the unit is faulty we replace it. The Shop Plus package includes 30 days support. The Whole Place package includes 90 days.
